We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your item.

1. When Are You Eligible for a Refund?

To qualify for a refund, your request must meet one of the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective: The item arrived damaged, defective, or isn't the correct product.

  • Not as Advertised: The product does not match what was shown in our advertisements.

2. Return Conditions

If your item is eligible based on the criteria above, it must also be:

  • Unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by all original packaging and the receipt/proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

  2. If accepted, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
